Mezzguard provides market leading fire protection for mezzanine floors. Engineered for mezzanine floors and tested at 100% design load, it provides 60 minutes of fire resistance. With a finely sanded surface texture and a high-density baseboard, it provides well-balanced acoustical performance and high light reflectance to absorb sound and brighten interiors. With 95% relative humidity resistance, it reduces mould and mildew growth on the ceiling surface and helps to maintain indoor air quality.
