Zentia celebrates 1st birthday
At the beginning of November Zentia celebrated our 1st Birthday. Evolved from Armstrong Ceiling Solutions, Zentia has valued knowledge and expertise that has been built up over 100 years. Twelve months ago the business began creating its own future – one with added agility and a clear focus.
The birthday mood has been upbeat amongst the Zentia team throughout November and to celebrate the occasion the marketing team ran a series of polls on LinkedIn to share some interesting facts about Zentia. In case you missed it, here are the polls and correct answers.
The first poll on birthday week was all about our knowledge and experience. We’re pleased to say that 97% of votes were correct!
Our next question focussed on reliability, which is at the core of everything we do at Zentia. We know how important quality and the reliability of our products and service is to our partners.
The majority correctly answered the poll about reliability – we are incredibly proud to have achieved a product return rate of almost zero.
The third birthday poll was all about Innovation, which is a driving force at Zentia and our new product pipeline. The correct answer was of course Canopies and Baffles.
It was great to see that votes kept coming towards the end of the week. Having made substantial investments in local manufacturing sites and our head office and sales teams right here in the UK, it was good to know most people knew where to find our head office!
Our last poll of the birthday week followed the relaunching of our industry-leading specialist contractor programme. Supporting partners is one of our top priorities and, having relaunched our partnership programme at the beginning of the week, we were delighted that most people knew the new name for the Zentia partnership scheme – Pinnacle!
