Ceiling tiles have a variety of different properties and functions. The Oplia product range offers everything from a high-level, Class A sound absorption to a more balanced Class C sound absorption level. Our wider acoustic range provides other acoustic and sound properties, such as sound absorption and sound attenuation.
We would recommend working with an acoustician on a project in order to determine the best use of either tile.
The difference is very technical and is centred on acoustic performance. Oplia dB provides Class C sound absorption and has a sound attenuation rating of 41dB. Oplia hA dB provides Class A sound absorption and a sound attenuation rating of 40dB.
This means that Oplia dB can be specified when there is a lower requirement for sound absorption.
Oplia Triangle is compatible with Zentia’s standard Gridline 24 main runner and our unique nodal bracket for triangular ceiling tile installations, and specific cross tees.
