Personal Data Complaints

This form allows you to raise concerns about how Zentia Limited handles your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond as soon as possible.

Your personal information provided in this form will only be used to process your complaint and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

After submission, you will receive an acknowledgement within 30 days. We aim to resolve your complaint promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.
