Zentia launches its specialist contractor partner scheme – Pinnacle by Zentia

09/12/2021

pinnacle by zentiaUK ceiling solutions manufacturer Zentia has made a major new commitment to its network of approved installers and relaunched its partnership programme under the new name Pinnacle by Zentia.

Designed in close collaboration with contractors, Pinnacle by Zentia is a market-leading partnership scheme for specialist ceiling contractors in the UK and Ireland. It aims to drive high-quality specifications, strive for a fully trained workforce, and re-introduce off-cut recycling.

Zentia Pinnacle Approved Partners are trained to the highest standards in Zentia products and fitting so that projects can be completed quickly and efficiently. With regular training and support from Zentia, they are fully up to date on best practice and product installation.

In its first in-person event since the pandemic, and Zentia’s first event since the company evolved from Armstrong Ceiling Solutions, the commercial team hosted the launch event for members of the programme at Stapleford Park on November 2nd.

Zentia MD Dirk Jaspers told guests that Pinnacle by Zentia will become a valuable “growth engine” for all involved as the industry recovers from a difficult 18-month period.

The launch comes after extensive partner research by Zentia, which identified key priorities for its specialist contractor partners, including the desire for a re-energised and exclusive recycling service. This will be relaunched in collaboration with Zentia’s distribution partners in January 2022.

In the meantime, Zentia will offer free training for new apprentices, and re-training for existing members, at its installation school in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. The Zentia website will add a portal providing a range of support for site operatives in the new year.

The company will also involve partners in new product development, more actively share project and industry information, and promote the Zentia partner scheme on all digital platforms, as well as through supply chain agreements and to specifiers.

The scheme will be managed by a dedicated Pinnacle partner manager. Andy Goodwin, formerly area sales manager for Zentia in Scotland and with 10 years of experience working with contractors and specifiers alike, will be the direct contact for all Pinnacle partners and will ensure all parties are mutually benefitting from the scheme.

He told guests: “In line with Zentia’s ongoing commitment to innovation and partnership, I am delighted to be working so closely with our Pinnacle Approved Partners to help them make the most of our market-leading partnership scheme.  We believe that the best relationships are built on collaboration and trust, so we will be working together with our partners to drive growth and embed high-quality training across our industry.”

Zentia sales and marketing director Graham Taylor added: “Our specialist contractor partners have been closely involved in Pinnacle’s development. Their knowledge and insight will allow Zentia to create a peerless range of benefits that will make Pinnacle the partnership programme of choice for ceiling installers.”
