Our team work closely with our partners at every stage of the sales process, whether it’s architects specifying our ceilings for their projects, distributors selling our products or our contractor partners completing installations. Helping architects and designers
Zentia’s specification team supports architects and other specifiers through the design process, helping them to find the right product for each project. Other reasons to join Zentia
Our employees receive competitive salaries benchmarked against equivalent roles in the UK. On top of this, we operate the Zentia Bonus Scheme, an annual company-wide bonus payable on achieving company targets. The Zentia Service Bonus also recognises longevity of service with a lump-sum payment made to employees in December each year, based on length of service with the company.
Employees are offered the opportunity to join Zentia’s contributory pension scheme via Standard Life. One of the most effective methods of saving for retirement is through a pension plan provided by your Company. There are two main reasons for this: firstly, the Company will pay money into the plan for you. That means you will not just benefit from your own contributions; you will also receive the benefit of Zentia Limited’s contribution as well. Secondly, you will enjoy tax relief on your contributions. Our pension contributions are paid via salary sacrifice.
Zentia employees receive 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays every year as standard. We also operate a Holiday Purchase Scheme, via salary sacrifice, for those who wish to give their annual leave entitlement a boost!
We run a flexible benefits portal through our partners Edenred. Employees can take advantage of retail and leisure reward vouchers, a Cycle to Work scheme, and purchase new vehicles on a salary sacrifice basis from Tusker Electric Cars.
Zentia offers access to private health care and health cash plans. We also offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme which provides everything from financial advice, counselling to careers coaching. We work flexibly, with time spent in many cases, both in the office and at home, and hybrid working opportunities exist across a number of functions. Employees can also make use of the fully equipped gym at our Head Office on Kingsway South, Team Valley, Gateshead – with shower and changing facilities provided on-site. Zentia also partner with an Occupational Health Provider to offer support to those employees with ill-health issues affecting their ability to work.
