People Services Advisor

As a People Services Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and contributing to their overall work experience being positive and productive. • You will provide clear and timely advice to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, responding effectively and quickly to queries on policies, procedures, terms and conditions of employment, via the People Services contact.
• Provide advice and support to managers and team leaders/supervisors to enable them to carry out the recruitment of employees, apprentices and temporary workers in accordance with a fair and transparent recruitment process.
• Contribute to the onboarding and induction of new colleagues ensuring that they are aware of and understand our key people policies and procedures and requirements across the employee life cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with managers, attend meetings when required to provide guidance, support and updates on key people-related priorities.

Maintenance Manager

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Maintenance Manager will lead a maintenance team of 11 employees of cross functional disciplines.  With direct line management of 5 team members (2x Maintenance Team leaders, Maintenance Engineer, Facilities Coordinator and a Stores person), providing both a reactive and proactive multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
