Aruba Suspended Ceiling Tiles

Technical Performance

Sound

Previously known as Dune eVo, Aruba ceiling tiles provide outstanding acoustic performance for your suspended ceiling designs, combining Class C sound absorption with a sound attenuation level of 34dB. This combination of sound performance means that Aruba helps to control background noise level while still allowing sound to travel. This makes Aruba an ideal choice to create comfortable acoustic environments across a variety of spaces. For areas requiring enhanced performance, please see Aruba Max, Aruba dB, and Aruba hH.

Sustainability

Aruba tiles contain up to 44% recycled content and are made with a mix of recycled newspapers, starch, and calcite. Aruba ceiling tiles are recyclable and can be recycled through Zentia’s recycling scheme for Pinnacle Approved Partners.

Aruba ceiling tiles are rated E1 for formaldehyde emissions and achieve Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort certification for low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.

Fire safety and other technical performance details

Aruba ceiling tiles have been classified to EN 13501-1 fire standard and are rated A2-s1,d0. This means that under conditions of a fully developed fire, Aruba ceiling tiles will not significantly contribute to the fire load and fire growth.

These durable and scratch resistant ceiling tiles can be cleaned with a damp sponge and a little detergent, as well as with a dry cloth or soft brush. They are rated 95% for relative humidity resistance (for a ceiling tile with increased humidity resistance in the Aruba product family, please see Aruba hH).

Tegular24
Aruba suspended ceiling tiles can be ordered with a Tegular24 edge detail. Tegular24 edges are cut at a 105 degree open angle to slightly drop the ceiling tile below the ceiling grid once installed. This semi-bevelled edge adds visual style to the ceiling design without compromising the technical performance of the tile.

Tegular15
Aruba suspended ceiling tiles can also be ordered with a Tegular15 edge detail. These Tegular15 edges are cut at 90 degree angles that positions the ceiling tile below a 15mm ceiling grid. It partially conceals the metal ceiling grid when viewed from ground level, creating a shadowed effect. It is a simple but effective way to play with light and shade, particularly in combination with colour.
